The former Texas Tech standout when undrafted when he left college and had a slow start when he was picked up by the Miami Dolphins. Things did not start to turn around until he landed with the New England Patriots where he racked up 432 receptions for 4,536 yards and 22 touchdowns in four years.

3. Kurt Warner

The one thing we know about Warner is that he never gives up. Everything fell into place for Warner who helped give us the Greatest Show on Turf while carrying his team to three Super Bowl appearances.

2. Warren Moon

None of the NFL teams wanted to take a chance on Moon when he finished his college career at Washington. Things changed after he spent five years in the CFL and was the dominant force at his position. Moon was given a chance to play in the NFL and never looked back as he passed for 49,325 yards in his career with 291 touchdowns and 233 interceptions.
