The Cowboys have released yet another player today. Marion Barber will not be with the team at training camp tomorrow. If an effort to get under the salary cap and possibly make room for other notable free agents, the Dallas Cowboys will release Marion Barber.
This comes after 2 unproductive seasons after Barber signed an extension in 2008. This release comes after the Cowboys release kicker Kris Brown, Guard Leonard Davis and Tackle Marc Columbo.
It appears the Cowboys are making room for additional moves in the near future. However, after this move one would assume the majority of the rushing duties now belong to Felix Jones. Tashard Choice should also expect an increased role in 2011.
